Lead by the FestEvents Foundation, this collaborative effort comes from experienced professionals in the Dallas Restaurant and Hospitality Industry.

 

Cheryl is managing operations and logistics for Staff Meal Dallas. Cheryl uses her background in IT and her culinary degree to keep festivals and events organized, on time and on budget.  For over 5 years, Cheryl has been creating seamless and worry free events fro clients across North Texas.

Alison is managing the sourcing and logistics  processes for Staff Meal Dallas.  Becoming the Co-Founder of FestEvents Group in 2017 is the culmination of over 15 years in the hospitality space. Alison has a breath of knowledge about the Dallas culinary landscape and knows how to get things done.

Steve DeShazo is serving as a Community Advisor on the Staff Meal Dallas team.  Steve is the Senior Director of the Culinary Program at  Dallas County Community College’s El Centro Campuses.

Emily is managing Staff Meal Dallas marketing efforts.  Emily has been the director of the Dallas Chocolate Festival for the past five years.  She has an MBA from UTDallas and a passion for helping small businesses put their best foot forward.

Chef Van Meter brings her in-depth knowledge of the local culinary scene, and vast event management experience to Staff Meal Dallas.  Sharon is the CEO of SVM Productions, owner of 3015 at Trinity Groves, on the board at the GDRA and is involved in countless efforts to support the culinary scene in Dallas.

Chef Walker is leading the charge in the kitchen for Staff Meal Dallas.  He is the Executive Chef at Virgin Hotel Dallas, and has been making a name for himself on the culinary scene in Dallas for over 6 years.
